Talent Pool Scholarship (Medhabritti): This highest tier is awarded to top-ranking students from each board who secured the highest marks in their respective groups (Science, Humanities, Business Studies).

How to Claim Your Scholarship Money

Finding your name on the list is only the first step. Every year, many selected students fail to receive their money because they do not set up their banking information correctly.

The government disburses these funds through the G2P (Government to Person) payment system. This automated system checks for data mismatches. To receive your money, you must follow these rules:

1. The “Name Match” Rule (Crucial) The bank account must be in the student’s own name. You cannot use your parents’ or siblings’ accounts.

Important: The spelling of your name in the bank account must match your HSC Certificate/Registration Card exactly. Any mismatch will cause the transaction to fail.

2. Open a Bank Account Immediately

Go to any scheduled bank (e.g., Sonali Bank, Dutch-Bangla Bank, Agrani Bank) that offers online Core Banking Solution (CBS) facilities.
